• Tartiflette is a dish made with a gratin of potatoes, bacon, and onions, topped with Reblochon cheese! We also recommend a delicious variation, the croziflette, where the potatoes are replaced with crozets.
• Savoie diots: The diot is THE must-try sausage of our mountains. Whether plain or smoked, these sausages are traditionally pan-fried and then simmered with onions and white wine. Serve them with a potato gratin or crozets, and you’re all set!
